Terms and Conditions. The end user/ Importer is here after referred to as the buyer.

1. REALPILL.COM will only supply products under these Terms and Conditions, which are non-negotiable and final.
2. The buyer declares they will only use products under the guidance of their physician.
3. The buyer is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements (the USA allows you to import a 3 month supply of any product we supply under FDA regulations), including any prescription requirements. 4. The Buyer warrants that they hold REALPILL.COM free of any and all legal action and prosecution. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and government agents and/or their agencies.
5. The Buyer affirms they are of legal age and capacity.
6. REALPILL.COM is not held responsible for any losses in the mail. The Buyer must allow a period of 14 days after the ship date as indicated on the Dispatch Note.
7. Courier services for Product shipments are NOT available and will not be accepted at this time.
8. In the event of the products being detained by a foreign customs authority, the buyer must provide evidence to REALPILL.COM for their confirmation of importation, i.e. a prescription and copies of communication with authorities etc. In such an event the buyer should contact REALPILL.COM before committing to any course of action, including the return of any products. If authorities retain the products, the loss rests with the buyer. In the event that the products are returned by customs, then when the products are received at REALPILL.COM they may be reshipped again, or be subject to a product(s) credit note or refund as per the conditions in section 11.
9. If the buyer adjusts an order before the products are shipped then the adjustments will be accepted, (providing there is no financial difference, otherwise only products credit note for other products may be issued). A part refund request by the buyer is subject to the conditions in section 10.
10. If the buyer wants to stop or adjust an order after payment has been processed, but before the products have been shipped, it is subject up to a 25% charge or a minimum of $10, whichever is the greater.
11. If the buyer wishes to return products, (except under the circumstances in section 12) as long as the products are sent by the buyer within 14 days of receipt and received by REALPILL.COM in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 12 months validity, a product credit note can be issued, plus a charge for reshipping. If the buyer requires a full or part refund then a 50% restocking fee is applicable, (applied only to products, not shipping and sandling which is non-refundable) or a minimum of $10, whichever is the greater.
12. If REALPILL.COM has shipped the wrong products / products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging, then the package and products must be returned to REALPILL.COM for inspection, (always contact REALPILL.COM before undertaking any action). If the fault is identified and agreed, REALPILL.COM will reship the products a second and final time. A refund or part refund is subject to the conditions in section 11.
13. If buyer, or other, places an order and initiates a prescription filing process with REALPILL.COM, and then fails to supply a valid prescription or complete the process within 30-days, REALPILL.COM reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a 25% handling and restocking fee.
14. REALPILL.COM does not offer medical advice; all information is supplied on an educational basis and should not be construed to replace that of a physician. All translations are offered on a best effort basis. Any opinions stated are not necessarily those of REALPILL.COM. Where applicable, in accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, material is distributed without profit to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving the information for research and educational purposes.
15. REALPILL.COM reserves the discretion to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders.
16. The buyer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by REALPILL.COM.
17. Products are not available where prohibited by law.
18. Other conditions that are not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by REALPILL.COM conclusively and REALPILL.COM Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. Wherever you are shopping from, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Delivery times depend on parcel destination, but as a guide orders to the USA and Canada are usually delivered within 7 to 8 working days from date of shipping but we do ask you to wait upto 21 days due to international post which is beyond our control.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Items may be refunded, returned or exchanged within a reasonable time after receipt of goods given that the item is faulty, broken or damaged. Items must be returned to RealPill.com unused along with a copy of your initial invoice and reason for the return. Please contact RealPill.com, at orders@realpill.com regarding any exchange or refunds. Exchange of product is dependant on availability of stock.

This site and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Privacy Policy RealPill.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
