Q: What countries will you supply?
A: At the moment we will only supply to the United States of America and Canada, we hope to expand into other territories soon so please check back or send us a mail on our contact us page with your desired delivery address. We will contact you when we are able to provide quality deliveries into your area. |

Q: The product I am after is out of stock when will you expect more in?
A: We are very sorry if this is the case, we aim to have a constant supply of all of our products available to you at all times. Please contact us to tell us which product you would like to order and we will e-mail you as soon as it is back in stock, with a discount / free shipping code as our way of saying sorry. |

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Once the order has been dispatched you should receive it within 10 working days to the USA, 12 to Canada. However we find that New York State and California can expect their delivery faster, don't ask why - we don't know! (there's honesty for you). |

Q: How long? I can get anything delivered next day in the states!
A: The length of time is because we ship from the United Kingdom, we chose the UK because it allows us to provide you with keen European prices coupled with product availability often years ahead of when we could in the USA. |
